Bram Lagrou is a Belgian born Psychologist and the founder of Lagrou Partners. As a consultant, he assists executives to engage staff and increase revenue within 3 to 12 months. During his public training events, Bram shares practical ways to help people achieve greatly in life and business. 

Prior to his move to Australia in 2010, Bram was the Business Leader and International Trainer at Watkins Mfg Corporation, a Fortune 500 Company. His experience spans across 25 countries where he has mentored numerous teams to increase revenue and profit margins. Clients include entrepreneurial SMEs, Top 100 Companies in SA, Top 200 Private Enterprises in Australia and large multinationals. 

Personal development plays a dominant role in Bram's life. He is personally trained by world-renowned convention speaker and author of over 70 business books, Brian Tracy, and Brendon Burchard, the world’s number one marketing expert. In 2013 and 2014, Rob Chapman, former CEO of St George Bank and Chairman of BankSA, acted as a coach and mentor to Bram to keep him truthful to his purpose.
